As National Organizer, Tris coordinates and supervises all of the Guild's efforts to organize non-union companies and shows across the country. He works directly with employees who want to unionize, providing them with information and strategies they'll need to help their company or show go union.

Jennifer assists the National Organizer in organizing on the West Coast. She pursues leads provided by members and inquiries from people working at non-union facilities. She spent 5 years with SEIU (Service Employees International Union) and has organized both service workers and professionals in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.

Marc was hired in September, 2006 as the Organizer for the Eastern Region working out of New York. Marc assists members and non-members who are interested in bringing a Guild contract to non-union facilities. Prior to coming on staff, Marc was a New York film and sound editor for forty years, primarily in features and episodic TV.

Jay Riggs has joined the Guild as an Organizer/Field Representative, heading up the Chicago office, bringing with him years of experience in both political and union organizing. After receiving his graduate degree in Political Science from Ball State University, Riggs spent three years with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), organizing public employees and professionals in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Detroit and Chicago. His duties include focusing on building union density for post-production professionals in Chicago, as well as servicing the Midwest membership.
