Utilization of Available Lists

As most members are probably aware, the guild maintains voluntary Available Lists for the convenience of producers and members. These are the rules regarding their proper use:

  1. Available Lists are provided only to producers who are signatory to the IATSE Basic Agreement, either directly or through a signatory payroll company.

  2. The lists are broken down by classifications. Members may only be listed in one classification, the one in which they are registered with the guild.

  3. There are three ways for members to place themselves on the list:

    1. Call the office and ask to be placed on it. The number is (323) 876-4770, then select option 2.

    2. Mail an Available Card to the office.

    3. Register on the guild web site.

  4. Your name will remain on the list for 45 days at a time. If you obtain employment, you must notify the guild office to remove your name.

  5. You must be a member in good standing and be on the roster (if applicable).

  6. You must include a telephone number where you can be reached and list your skills on the available cards.
