After Effects is a great problem solver and can be used for many different tasks.

This seminar will take a look at the anatomy of this diverse program. Attendees will learn about keyframing, text, tracking video, green screen, 2D/3D space and how to work with composition setting, cameras, shape/solid layers, and more.


NOTE: Free parking is available behind the Guild building. Seminars are conducted in a theater style arrangement whereas workshops are set up with workstations which allow members hands on time with a computer.


Instructor: Anthony Bari - Apple and Adobe Certified Instructor
Anthony is an Emmy-award winning technical supervisor, professional video consultant, video editor, marine veteran, and proud member of local 700.

With an extensive background developing workflows for major broadcasters in across the U.S.
His production background consists of documentary, sports, promotional, commercial, television, and branded content campaigns.

Anthony works as an editor in post-production in broadcast and long form deliveries. He believes in working to ensure the highest standards from capture to edit. Also he has been a member in the camera department during production.

He directed his first international documentary called "We Call Her Yolanda" about people who survived the super typhoon that devastated the Philippines in November 2013. Anthony recently completed a tour in the Philippines, with non-profit organizations, to hold screenings in the regions affected by the disaster. The film provides an educational experience for the indigenous people and international community.
