Rebecca Goldfarb will cover Estate Planning and Elder Law. She will introduce the basics of a comprehensive estate plan (Advance Health Care Directive, Durable Power of Attorney, Trust and Will), she will also address common misconceptions and pitfalls.  She presents the subject matter with a "how things work in reality" perspective.  

Elder Law is not relevant to everyone (yet) but if requested, she will talk about common family situations and solutions. Elder Law is triggered when older people start needing help from others. This can lead to family drama, stressed caregivers, depleted financial resources and the need for Medi-Cal, VA Aid & Attendance benefits and require outside-of-the-box legal advice to get their affairs in order.   

Rebecca Goldfarb’s presentation is "user friendly" and a 100% necessary for EVERYONE. This is the presentation all adults should attend, because you absolutely cannot afford to miss it.  There will be a Q & A after the presentation.
