NOMINATION PROCEDURES.
Nominations will be made from the floor at the General Membership Meetings. Members who cannot attend may nominate by (1) mail—7715 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90046, (2) fax—323.876.0861, or (3) e-mail—elections@editorsguild.com, attention Molly Shock, Election Committee Chairperson. Mailed, faxed or e-mailed nominations must be received in the Los Angeles office before 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), on Thursday, October 3, 2019. It is the responsibility of the member to confirm receipt of nomination before this deadline.

All active members of the Guild will receive an official meeting announcement with additional election information via U.S. Mail.
