The New York City Labor Day Parade is BACK! Saturday, September 10th, 2022 (the Saturday AFTER Labor Day) MPEG will be marching alongside our IA brothers and sisters in a celebration of solidarity. This year is the 140th anniversary of New York City’s first Labor Day parade, and the theme is, “Workers Leading, Workers Rising”. We will convene on East 44th Street between Madison and Vanderbilt Aves at 9:30 AM, and start marching at 10 AM. After the parade, Local 700 members will go to the Central Park Boathouse for brunch.
