Local 700 has established a Hardship Fund for active and retired members of the Guild, and members who have withdrawn but paid at least two quarters of dues within the year.

In addition to what members are eligible to receive through ECF, Local 700 provides a $1,500 grant.

To apply, members must create a portal on the Entertainment Community site: https://portal.entertainmentcommunity.org/welcome/. Visit Emergency Financial Assistance. Under "Additional Funding Opportunities," click on "review the list of funds." Look for IATSE Local 700 Hardship Relief Fund. Qualification for the both grants requires providing much paperwork, so please be patient and follow instructions carefully so as not to delay the process.
