This is an "In Person" Meeting. Only members outside of Los Angeles County or New York City may attend via video conference. Otherwise, in person attendance at your respective location is required. Masks and up-to-date vaccinations are mandatory.
Video conference invites will be sent to RSVPd members that are not required to attend in person the day before the meeting.

Final membership count will be determined at the end of the third quarter. Any changes will be announced by the Chair on the floor of the meetings.
NOMINATION PROCEDURES.
Nominations will be made from the floor at the General Membership Meetings. Members who cannot attend may nominate by (1) mail—7715 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90046 or
(2) e-mail—elections@editorsguild.com, attention Molly Shock, Election Committee Chairperson.
Mailed or e-mailed nominations must be received in the Los Angeles office before 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), on Friday, September 30, 2022. It is the responsibility of the member to confirm receipt of nomination before this deadline.
All active members of the Guild will receive an official meeting announcement with additional election information via U.S. Mail.
