Final board seats will be announced based on the membership total at the close of the 3rd quarter 2025.
NOMINATION PROCEDURES:
Nominations will be made from the floor at the General Membership Meetings. Members who cannot attend may nominate by (1) mail—7715 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90046 or (2) e-mail—elections@editorsguild.com, attention Sean Thompson, Election Committee Chairperson. Mailed or e-mailed nominations must be received in the Los Angeles office before 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), on Friday, October 10, 2025. It is the responsibility of the member to confirm receipt of nomination before this deadline.
